This is not a guided series and I am not teaching you classes. These are simple sequences, with video demonstration, designed to eventually be embodied and remembered so you can enjoy self guided movement!

The e-book comes in a “movie” format since the videos are included in the book and it plays like one big a video. You can pause, FF/Rewind, zoom in, screenshot etc. I did this so it’s all available without needing to go on the internet.
