Based off of my “1 minute to help your body feel less like sh*t” series, this ebook is made of short, simple sequences to help you get a little more movement into your day. This is not a guided series and I am not teaching you classes. These are simple sequences, with video demonstration, designed to eventually be embodied and remembered so you can enjoy self guided movement!
What you get:
Four 9-move sequences designed to be done forwards and backward.( so technically 8 sequences. )
- one fully standing sequence
- one fully on the ground sequence
- one that goes from the ground to the floor(or reverse)
- one that gets you from bed to standing (and from standing to bed)
Two 5-move focused sequences: one for your hips and one to help with your posture
10 video demonstration of the movements and how they flow together. Yes you get a video for the “forwards” and the “backwards”
The e-book comes in a “movie” format since the videos are included in the book and it plays like one big a video. You can pause, FF/Rewind, zoom in, screenshot etc. I did this so it’s all available without needing to go on the internet.
